Our K-12 teachers, work tirelessly to provide quality education and support to students across the state. A teacher's working conditions are also the student's learning conditions. For the sake of our children's education, we must ensure that educator voices are heard by law makers, and everyone involved in the decision-making process. By joining ND United, you can be apart of the tireless fight advocating for educators and students in North Dakota. 

As a member, we provide you with free professional development, legal services and representation, scholarships, conferences and networking opportunities, and empowerment through organizing.

We’re advocating at the negotiation table with school boards, in the halls of the state Legislature, and in every decision that elected officials and administrators make in determining your level of pay, benefits and the terms of your employment.

180+ Local Associations Strong

ND United and its 180+ location associations are the exclusive bargaining agents for K-12 teachers in the sate of North Dakota, as defined by state law since 1969.

By joining ND United and your local association, you are given primary access to the process by which your salary, benefits and working conditions are negotiated regularly with your school district. 

Members are surveyed regularly and meet directly with local leaders about the issues that matter most to them.
