Educators, Public Employees Stand United for North Dakota Students and Communities at State Capitol

Members of ND United to speaking with elected officials public school and public service employee recruitment and retention

BISMARCK – Educators and public employees from across the state will join together and share their stories of service to North Dakota students, families and communities with lawmakers in Memorial Hall of the state Capitol on Monday, Feb. 20. Members of North Dakota United, including educators from K-12 schools and university campuses, public employees, aspiring educators and retired public workers, will be speaking with elected officials about the urgent need to recruit and retain quality employees within public education and public service.

ND United President Nick Archuleta will be holding a news conference at 12:30 p.m. in Memorial Hall, along with several of our members, to share their personal stories on the issues of education vouchers, pension plans for retirement, and increasing accessibility to affordable childcare for all working North Dakotans.
