ND United holds many events and training sessions throughout the year for members to connect by career phase and role, and to advance our work to improve working conditions for educators and public employees.

Lobby Day

Lobby Day brings together ND United members from across the state to meet with legislators and speak on behalf of public education and public service.

Advocacy & Bargaining Conferences

Our advocacy and bargaining trainings are put together to deliver valuable training to our local leaders and activists on how to advocate effectively for your professions, your union and your members. NDU members from every constituency – K-12 teachers, ESP and PSRP, higher education faculty and staff, public employees, students and retired workers – are all invited to participate.

ESP Conference

This annual conference provides opportunities for ESPs to develop the knowledge and skills to build strong internal and external relationships, organize members, and enhance their ability to support student and school success.

Aspiring Educators Conference

The Aspiring Educators Conference is the leading conference for the next generation of North Dakota educators. The mission of this conference is to unite future education professionals in the mission to improve the state of public education in North Dakota.
