Amber Augustadt is the Director of Field Services for North Dakota United. She is responsible for designing, managing, and directing the programs and activities of the Field Services Department, which encompasses field organizing, local association/member representation & advocacy, and professional development. Amber joined the NDU staff in 2017 as a Field Consultant after teaching in Bismarck Public Schools for 10 years and serving as president of the Bismarck Education Association.  She has proudly been a licensed teacher in the state of ND since 2004. She and her husband, David, reside in Bismarck with their two daughters.
