North Dakota United, in cooperation with the NDU Foundation and Horace Mann Insurance, will sponsor a two-part retirement-planning seminar for members who participate in the North Dakota Teachers Fund for Retirement. The seminars are for members at all stages of their career providing both short term and long term strategies related to the options available through TFFR and social security and how these two programs interface with a individuals personal savings through 403(Add) tax sheltered annuities, IRAs and other savings plans.
Session One will be at 7 p.m. on Monday, March 15
Session Two will be at 7 p.m. on Monday, March 29
The seminars are informational and no specific products will be promoted during the event. Members spouses are encouraged to attend with the member.
Their is no registration cost. This course is eligible for 1 graduate credit through UND at a cost of $50 per credit paid directly to UND. Information on how to register and pay for the credit will be emailed to you after the start of the course.
