The North Dakota House passed HB 1281 by a 50-44 vote.

HB 1281, which gives a tax credit for families homeschooling or those who have chosen to send their children to private schools passed the House last night 50-44.  The proposed tax credit will cost the state nearly $10 million in revenue.
