Membership in North Dakota United is a year-long proposition. Through Early Enrollment, a program that is available to NDU affiliates in partnership with National Education Association, potential members are able to join NDU at any time of the year! It allows workers to join NDU and receive many benefits of membership without the cost of dues until Sept. 1. The program is open to all teachers and support staff in K-12 and Higher Education.
Enrollees will receive all NDU staff support, NDU communications, NEA member benefits and up to $1 million in occupational liability insurance. In addition, your local association has dedicated leaders, officers and building reps at the ready to help you with any issues that come up during the course of the year. They are your peers, and your success is their success, too! (It is a local decision whether Early Enrollees are eligible to vote on local issues such as contract ratification.)
