The third annual Professional Growth Institute kicked off Monday, June 10, with a free pre-conference session for North Dakota United members only on National Board Certification, PRAXIS testing, Retirement (TFFR and PERS) and Compassion Fatigue. President Nick Archuleta welcomed attendees to the Institute, and keynote speaker Melanie Carvell spoke on “Finding the Heart of Health and Happiness.”
The next two days of PGI featured keynote speakers Mike Geiermann, NDU attorney, and Cara Mund, former Miss America from North Dakota.
NDU members and staff helped to make sure the 2019 PGI was a success.
